This service is for customers that are looking to save. Customer is responsible for removing their own covers and installing their own ladders and handrails.  Our service covers removal of winter plugs and assembly of filters, pumps and heaters. Filter aids are included. Chemicals costs are additional

This is a full service opening which includes cover removal, reassembly and reinstallation of the pump and filter. Ladder will be installed as well. Chemical cost are additional

Upon opening your pool, it will appear either green or very cloudy. Once we check your pool's chemistry and adjust the chemicals accordingly, your pool may look worse before it begins to improve. With this in mind, we offer a service that includes a technician returning to your home every other day to perform leaf raking, backwash the filter and adjust the chemicals until the pool is clear and ready for vacuuming

Pool is checked and balanced chemically, the skimmer baskets and robotic pool cleaners are cleaned, the filter is backwashed and filter aid is added (as needed).  Chemical cost in addition to price

Your pool is vacuumed, skimmers and robotic pool cleaners are cleaned, walls are brushed (if needed), filter is backwashed if  and filter aid is added (if needed). Chemicals for this service are checked on site, and chemicals will be added as needed in addition to price. 

Going away but not a regular service customer? No problem a vacation watch is perfect for you.  We provid a full vacuuming service for the pool to make sure the pool is in perfect condition for your return.  Chemicals in addition to price. 

Once your pool is clear and you can visibly see the bottom, an initial vacuuming service can be scheduled. This service consists of using our system or yours to vacuum your pool to waste. We will again adjust all chemicals, leaf rake and backwash the filter, if necessary. The technician will stay as long as possible to get your pool clean  In some cases, the technician  may have to return the following day to allow debris to settle or the water level to rise, and begin vacuuming again. 

includes vacuuming and cleaning of the heat exchanger and combustion chamber, cleaning pilot and/or burner tubes, and necessary repairs that can be fixed on-site without a return visit. Replacement of heat exchangers, combustion chambers, and testing draft are not included in this service. If  it is determined that heater is not repairable or does not warrant repair, the service cost will be applied to a new heater installation. Parts are not included and will be supplied at an additional cost .

The proper operation of robotic pool cleaners will be checked. Certain conditions/ problems do not show themselves without continual operation. Parts determined to be beyond regular wear and tear will be replaced such as belts, chains, tires and hose knuckles. Screens, filters and wall fittings will be checked for leaks and pressure issues. 

If equipment is not out, power is not on, or water is not at the proper level to open, a return visit is needed and is charged by the hour.  This applies to all service calls as well.   

This closing service involves removal of all pool equipment (i.e., ladders, handrails & cleaners).  Lines will be blown and winter plugs installed.  Water level will be drained depending on the pool and cover type. The cover will be installed. D.E. and cartridge filters will be hosed clean of debris and filter media.  Chemicals will be added based on pool size at an additional price. 

This service is for customers that are looking to save. This service includes draining of the pool. Winterization of the pool and cleaning of the filters.  Customers are expected to put on their own covers, and remove their own ladder and handrails.  Closing Kits are added  in addition to the price. 

This service is a full closing. The pump and filter are removed and drained if necessary and the water level is lowered to proper closing level. The cover will be put on and leaf net too if available.  Chemicals are in addition to price.  

More than two pumps in a system is subject to an  additional charge of winterization of each pump.

This service is for customers with salt generators.  The cell will be disconnected, soaked and cleaned in a special solution. It is then reinstalled to ensure full life of the cell for the following season.

It is the customer's responsibility to try and remove leaves before closing.  If the pools are full of leaves and have to be cleaned before closing, an additional charge will be added to insure optimal conditions for opening.
